The Broadway Apartments are located in a separate building across the street from the main manor and offer the best of both worlds: privacy and community.

Residents can enjoy privacy while also having access to the amenities offered at the manor such as the fitness center and wellness programs, the chapel, library, and hair salon. Broadway Apartments residents have their own dining room and one meal per day is included in the price.

You can choose from a one-bedroom apartment or two different two-bedroom floor plans. The apartments are spacious and include one or two balconies for some outdoor space. Some of the apartments also have their own washer and dryers installed.
